Okarche dominates offensively, defensively in senior night victory

The Warriors picked up their third win in four games Tuesday night, closing the regular season home slate with a 70-32 blowout win over Class 2A Crescent.

Okarche dominated from start to finish, spurred by a pair of 20-point performances by Kaleb Harris and Logan Kroener. Harris scored a game-high 24 points while Kroener chipped in 23. Harris also dished out five assists and grabbed five rebounds while Kroener also dished out five helpers with two boards.

Evan Endres and Tyler Schwarz each scored six points while Joseph Schaefer scored three. Koby Mingus, P.K. Harris and Kody King each scored two points.

Okarche outscored Crescent 26-9 in the first quarter and never looked back, winning the second quarter 18-5, the third 18-15 and the fourth 8-3.

Okarche continues the regular season Saturday night against Class A No. 1 Calumet on the road before traveling to Amber-Pocasset Feb. 7.
