Two water line breaks have caused a loss of water pressure citywide.
Okarche Schools are closed Tuesday due to the water line breaks in the city, said Superintendent Rob Friesen. Classes are cancelled for pre-K through 12th grade until further notice. Officials hope to be back in school Wednesday, Friesen said.
A water line broke just west of the elementary school in Okarche Monday night. The school did not have water pressure Tuesday.
