The Okarche Town Trustees approved requirements for mobile food vendors at their regular Monday, March 30 meeting.

An annual license cost $100.

Names, dates of birth, addresses and telephone numbers of mobile food vendor employees will be required, Town Attorney Bryce Kennedy said at the meeting.

“I thought that was consistent with what the town board wanted at the last meeting, that’s what you’ve got here,” Kennedy said.

Food vendors will also be insured.

Town Trustees Joe Frisby, Mayor Jeff Sadler and Matt Blackwood approved the ordinance.
