A police officer in Okarche reported Revel failed to stop when the officer observed a pickup speeding 73 mph in a 45-mph zone, a probable cause affidavit for arrest states.

The police officer used lights to try to get Revel to stop, but he sped north and then turned around and went south on U.S. 81 to El Reno.

Revel was driving over 100 mph, sheriff’s deputies reported.

Three Canadian County Sheriff’s vehicles performed a tactical vehicle intervention to stop the pickup at Sunset and Choctaw in El Reno, the affidavit states. Revel was under the influence of a pain medication and methamphetamine, according to the affidavit.

Police seized a homemade meth pipe, six credit cards, two cellphones and two ID cards that did not have Revel’s name or photo. Revel has a warrant out of Oklahoma County on a charge of illegal use of credit cards, possession of stolen credit cards and larceny of merchandise from a retailer.

Revel was being held at the Canadian County jail Monday afternoon on $22,250 bail.
