Okarche High School’s 27 seniors in the 2020 graduating class were honored by banners that had been displayed this year.
Now the seniors can pick up their banners and take them home.
The Town of Okarche officials paid for the banners after graduation and prom plans were altered and school buildings were close due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Banners hoisted onto light poles by public works employees, were seen along U.S. 81 and have been taken down.
The banners can be picked up at Okarche Town Hall, 103 W. Oklahoma Ave.
The graduation banner flags that hung on Highway 81 are ready for you to pick up from town hall, according to the town’s social media post.
