Mike Dobrinski of Okeene defeated Adam Masters, of Kingfisher in the Republican primary for State House District 59.
The seat was decided Tuesday night with no Democrats in the race.
With 36 of 36 precincts in the district reporting to the State Election Board, unofficial results show Dobrinski had 4,376 votes, or 71.73%.
Masters had 1,725 votes, 28.27%.
The district includes parts of Canadian, most of Kingfisher, Blaine, and all of Dewey counties.
