The Okarche FFA students have been active this year, despite changes due to the pandemic, and their annual fundraiser is underway for the Okarche High School FFA Parents Association, and smoked meat sale orders are being taken.

The Okarche FFA Parents Association is a booster club for the FFA chapter.

John Endres is treasurer of the association, and his son Evan, 17, is a junior at Okarche High School and the treasurer of the FFA.

“This is the only fundraiser the booster club does and we give money back to the FFA program.”

They also help with the shooting sports team of the FFA sporting clay team, buying a shotgun and shells for the team. The booster club also helps with travel expenses to conventions and shows.
