The pile of tree debris on the north side of town got so high it might be visible from Kingfisher, 10 miles to the north, said Town Clerk Dana Reese.

Okarche town officials offered a place for residents to drop off their tree debris after the Oct. 26 ice storm. A pile was located off 4th Street, N2820 Road north of about a half mile north of Community National Bank.
