The fourth member of a longtime Okarche farming family has died of COVID-19 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Victoria Lynn Marks, 66, of Omega, died Friday, Nov. 20, according to an obituary from Sanders Funeral Service in Kingfisher.
She was preceded in death by three of her brothers, Ronald “Ron” Stephen Annuschat, 58, who died Oct. 30, Paul “Mac” Joseph Annuschat, 68, who died Oct. 31, and Nicholas “Nick” Annuschat, 59, who died Nov. 6.
All four family members died of COVID-19, said Larry Annuschat, 53, who has also battled the virus and recovered, he said.
Services for the three brothers were Nov. 11 and Nov. 7 under direction of Sanders Funeral Service in Kingfisher. Burials were at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Okarche.
Marks and her brothers were the children of Arthur Frank and Ruth Janet (Brueggen) Annuschat. They grew up on a farm northeast of Okarche where they lived and worked.
Vicki grew up in the town of Okarche where she graduated from Okarche High School in 1973. She later married Terry Glen Marks of Omega on Oct. 12, 1979.
Vicki worked many years at Family Dental Clinic where she knew every person within Kingfisher County. After retiring she spent much of her time chasing after and playing with her grandchildren, according to her obituary.
A private, graveside funeral will be Wednesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Okarche.
