Members of a statewide motorcycle club, Oklahoma District Chapter X, are promoting safety on the roads.
Members met with Okarche Mayor Jeff Sadler and Chief Forrest Smith to raise awareness for the national Motorcycle Safety and Awareness day that is Saturday, May 8.
Jim Cook, of Okarche, is the chapter director.
The group has a number of members from Stillwater, Cook said.
