Holy Trinity students headed into spring break on a high note, as middle school teams performed well during the 2022 C.K. Glover State Basketball Tournament.

Holy Trinity’s 7th/8th grade girls’ team took third place in the state competition, beating Monte Cassino. The boys’ team – also comprised of 7th and 8th graders – earned 4th place, after a loss to All Saints Broken Arrow.

Both teams are comprised not just of seventh and eighth graders, but also fifth and sixth graders, Fr. Cory Stanley said.

The state basketball tournament is sponsored by Catholic Grade School Athletic Association, or CGSAA. More information about that organization is available online at https://www.cgsaa.org/page/show/1550251-home.
