Mildred Katherine Hau Lodes, 90 years old, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Golden Age Nursing Home in Guthrie Oklahoma. She was born June 15, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She married Charles Lodes on November 9, 1954 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Okarche, Oklahoma. She was proceeded in death by her parents Jacob and Anna Hau, her husband Charles Lodes, her son Patrick Lodes, her grandson Tyler Lodes, and her sons-in-law Michael Isbell and Monte Stotts.
Mildred is survived by her son Daniel Lodes and his wife Margie, her daughter Mary Isbell, her son Michael Lodes and his wife Tracy, her daughter Sharon Stotts and sister Patricia Barrett. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jon, Brian, Kevin, Katy Lodes, Taryn Moorman, Heather Lara, Evan and Eryn Isbell, Ryan, Dillan, Taylor, Caitlyn, Kenzie Stotts and her husband Dustin. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Joseph and Alex Lara, Faith Lodes, Kynlee, Bradon, and Tessa Moorman. Mildred enjoyed spending time with her family, sewing, and worked many years as a floral designer both in the El Reno and Kingfisher community. She will be gravely missed by her many friends and family.
The vigil for Mildred will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at Holy Trinity Church in Okarche. Mass for Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 23, also at Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Cory Stanley and Deacon Charles Krumsiek officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Trinity Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home, El Reno.
