Warriors beat Oklahoma Christian Academy to win regional tournament

The Okarche Warriors baseball team clinched a berth in the Class A state tournament by downing Oklahoma Christian Academy Friday night, May 2.

It only took one run to secure the win.

Brett Carnott tossed the shutout on the mound. He gave up just four hits and struck out nine batters and walked one batter. He recorded 21 outs.

Hudson Mueggenborg had two hits for the night.

It was a home run in the bottom of the first inning for the home team from Easton Roby that was enough to carry the Warriors back to state.
