Okarche got things going early, jumping out to a 3-0 lead after the first inning. All three runs were scored on errors mixed between a walk by Tucker Neuenschwander and three straight singles from Bryce Reese, Carson Baustert and Jayton Crider.

The Warriors exploded in the bottom of the second inning to all but seal the victory, scoring seven runs for a 10-0 lead.

Preston Hawk followed by drawing a bases-loaded walk for a five-run advantage before a two-run single by Reese, a walk by Carson Baustert and a RBI ground out by Crider. Koby Mingus singled before a walk to Vallerand and Nick Baustert’s second hit of the frame to polish off the 10-run lead.

Okarche tacked on four more in the bottom of the third to seal the victory.

Neuenschwander started the inning with a single before a pair of free passes to Hawk and Reese to load the bases. Carson Baustert plated a run with a fielder’s choice ground out before Crider loaded the bases again via hit-by-pitch. Mingus and Vallerand followed with two singles two runs before a bases-loaded walk to Lathen Stover for a 14-0 lead.

Nick Baustert, Neuenschwander, Reese and Mingus all finished with two hits. Reese and Mingus each finished with 2 RBI Neuenschwander and Hawk each scored three runs.
