Canadian and Kingfisher counties are included in a severe thunderstorm watch until 9 p.m. Tuesday, the National Weather Service reports.
A strong thunderstorm was located 6 miles northeast of Colony at 5:27 p.m. moving northeast at 45 mph. Locations in the path included El Reno, Hinton, Calumet, Lookeba, Bridgeport and Cedar Lake. Hail was possible.
